I was wondering if anyone here has been to any of the LoTR movie premieres, and what it's like. Can you just go along and stand at the sidelines? Is that allowed? I would love to do that at the RoTK one in December but I wouldn't know how to go about it. Is there any stuff I should know about? I don't mean actually going into the theater, just standing outside while everyone goes in. How cool would it be to see all those legends? Billy and Dom = legends! As you can tell, I'm a novice at these matters!

Well I have not been to a premiere but I know to go and see the movie you have to have special tickets (which are extremely hard to find) but I think you can just show and up if you want to see the actors and all. I'm planning on going to the ROTK premiere so if I find anything else out, I'll let ya'll know!

*waves hand wildly* ME! I'VE BEEN TO THE PREMIRE!!!!!! street party, that is Yes you can go and stand around, scream for certain actors and other people. Last year we had a group of about 20 going ELIJAH!!!!! OVER HERE!!!! 5 minutes later the general concensus was 'stuff Elijah, LOMU, LOMU, LOMU!!!!!!' Heh...kiwi's...gotta love us eh?!!

Wow! You have made me want to go to a premiere more than ever. How many hours in advance do you reckon to get there? I want a good spot! So so lucky to have met them. What/who did you dress up as?
