Ok I am reading the two towers and at the battle of helms deep Gimli cries out baruk khazad kazad ai-menu! I was wondering what that meant. If any of you know please say so!

An ancient Dwarvish battle cry: 'Axes of the Dwarves! the Dwarves are upon you!'

If you're interested in Tolkien's languages, you might be interested in the Appendixes at the back of the Return of the King; but read LoTR first.
