Which King of Gondor Fought the Wainriders?

Several! in TA 1856 the Wainriders killed Narmacil II. In TA 1899 King Calimehtar defeated the Wainriders on Dagolad. In TA 1944 King Ondoher was along with his son killed in battle with Wainriders, these were later defeated by Eärnil in The Battle of the Camp. Eärnil later regained the Kingship of Gondor in TA 1945 and became Eärnil II.

In Westron the title "Steward" was used in Gondor, but what title would loremasters, still using Quenya use instead of Steward?

I havent got my books at hand, but the title was if I remember correct, "Aradan" maybe Im spelling it wrong, but it means: Ar=king + adan=man : "The Kings Man" a most fitting title for a Steward <img src=smile.gif ALT="
