Did each of them "kill" a Maia or Istari? (Gandalf and Moria Balrog, each other; Wormtongue-Saruman; Glorfindel-Gothmog; Gollum- Sauron????).

Actually it wasn't Gothmog that Glorfindel slew, it was that other 'rog.

Yes - each one slew (or in the case of Gollum caused the death of) another Maiar.
