Happy Christmas! I am doing this very quickly, my relatives think I'm a bit strange coming online on Christmas Day! I got a fab quiz book of LotR questions, the CD of the TT soudtrack and the Visual Companion. My father gave them to me, and I gave him exactly the same! NOT by design, I hasten to add.
Got to go, the turkey is being carved! Merry Christmas everyone...

I had asked for a HoME-book: The Lost Road and other writings. I got it! I knew I was going to get it, but still...it was very nice. I will start reading it soon, after I have finished LotR for the 9th time, and read Morgoth´s Ring...
I got loads of other things, but not Tolkien-related. It was a very nice Christmas. (We celebrate it the 24th in Sweden btw.)

I guess everyone else in the entire world got TTT soundtrack, because I did not get it
Though my sister said they could not find it at Target, so I am going to have to get it later. So the only LOTR related thing I received was the FOTR desktop calendar, which is a great thing to countdown to the ROTK!

I got the Lord of the Rings Two Towers video game for PS2 as well as the one for Gameboy Advance.
I also got a Lord of the Rings chess game. Anyways, where do they sell the action figures? I've never really seen them and I'm curious to take a look at them to see what they're like and see if I might wanna buy one or two. ^_^ |

I didn't get anything, but I got my best friend Two Towers midnight showing tickets. When I gave them to her on the Monday before it came out we screamed in each other's faces for five minutes. We had a wonderful time!

Well, actually it was a belated birthday present, but since my b-day was the 19th and I got it the 21st I consider it a mix. I didn't get my own Smeagol, though...

Didn't recieve anything LOTR related--I think my family doesn't want to encourage something that is supposed to be "a passing phase"! Guess they forgot about my uncle--got into the books when he was twelve and he's fifty now, and has the trilogy leatherbound and in state on the top shelf of his bookcase.
Going to buy the TT soundtrack with the gift-certificate I got to Target. Catch-all department store that sells about everything you can imagine. I wonder if they have any Targets in Europe... Oh, and Happy Chanukah to those who apply! (little late though, but I guess you still could have gotten something Tolkien-related) -'Vana

Sigh...nope. My family dosen't "get" LOTR. My dad even watched my video once, and it was just an adventure story to him, I think. Oh, well. I can always get LOTR stuff for myself.

I got LotR books in one big book and the sil because my other versions were falling apart, literally. I also got FotR for X-Box. I'm really glad I go x-box finally, but FotR for it isn't that great, I played it before, but I'm still happy. Went to bed at three; finished wrapping presents. Really tired right now , but still happy .

I recieved the LOTR Soundtrack for Christmas. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!
Also, well, I don't know if this counts, but my birthday is December 21st, only four days from Christmas, I got LOTR: FOTR Extended Version VHS!! I was SO happy when I saw it that I nearly cried, and my parents looked at me as if I was VERY STRANGE. (They do not understand why I like LOTR so much.
