The ring of the witch-king
When the witch-king is slain in the battle for Gondor, why didn't his ring show up?
(For some reason I can't search the forums.) |

Nazgul Rings
Hi Annachie,
welcome to the Downs, may you have good fortune in the dusty old Barrow. On the Witchking's ring, I think the current concensus is that Sauron actually held the nine rings. I was going to post a link to previous threads but likewise search doesn't seem to be happening. No doubt some kind person will find it or insert the book-references. Cheers, PS I find I can search if I go back to the main forum page but not while I am in the Books forum, oddly.

Concerning the search function:
This link, like some others, may need an additional step in order to be accessed. Right click on "search", then open in a new window or tab. That should work if direct linking doesn't; I tried it myself.
