Posts: 49</TD><TD></TD></TR></TABLE> Re: The Trivia Quiz 80% correct. As the question number 9 is somewhat tricky, I'll let you know that the right answer to it is not Saruman. I'm not sure if he ever did anything with his ring, but at least he himself considered it to be of some importance - before capturing Gandalf, he boasted that he was Saruman the Ring-maker. Im uncertain about quite a few of my answers - Hoommm Hummm, I was being hasty - to your otherwise very good questions. <img src=smokin.gif ALT=":smokin"> Telchar <marquee>It is a mistake to think you can solve any major problems just with potatoes!!! ... Posts: 51</TD><TD></TD></TR></TABLE> Re: The Trivia Quiz Yep Telchar, Anarion is the one I was looking for. Your answers 90% correct now and you may ask the next questions. <img src=smile.gif ALT=""> And you're quite right about Saruman's ring as well <img src=wink.gif ALT=""> Your other error was the Balrog-name: Murazor - the name of the Witch-King, according to the creators of the Middle-Earth role-playing game. The name does not appear in Tolkien's works, and was invented by the MERP-people. Muar - the name of the Balrog of Moria, in MERP. Again, the name is not found Tolkien's works. Khamul - this is a name of a Ringwraith. It can be found in Unfinished Tales. Lungorthin - the right answer. The name is mentioned in the Lay of the Children of Hurin, which was written in the end of the 20s and can be found in The Lays of Beleriand (HoME III). -- Elenhin "My god, it's full of stars!"</p> |
