That would also be English. I am looking for the Westron word. Like the example holbytla which JRRT described as an English approximation for the Westron Kud-dukan. So what is Westron for Dwarrowdelf?

His hobbitish name was Kalimac, which really had no direct translation. But the hobbitish Kali meant happy, cheerful....so JRRT came up with Merry, short for Meriadoc. What a clever Professor.
