What kind of person would you be ?
I`m quite new here and hope nobody minds if I start a new topic, when there have been topics like that before...
If you lived in Middle- Earth what kind of life would lead? Would you be a great adventurer or have also much fun being a hobbit and having a nice little garden in the shire? In ME I“d like to be an Elven ranger from Rivendell who roams the land...i like this kind of character... As a hobbit i would be like Bilbo or Frodo.. diffrent than the other hobbits. hmm well.., if you have ideas of middleearth charaters that you could be, tell me..

Now this is more to my liking. who do i want to be a warrior! i watch too many fantasy/action shows i.e. buffy, xena etc. So i am fasicanted in swordplay.
So, it s Aragorn! i like the grace and the honor of swordplay. but then again there are people who fight dirty. oh well. |

I know i have an elf-name, but I'd prefer to be a hobbit. A simple life, but I'd like to be creative, if there are such hobbits. I'd also have a wee garden, and pop round to Sam's once a week for tips!

If I could, I'd be several things! I love Hobbits and Elves...but I think I'd like to be a Elf, partly because of their affinity for the earth and also because I'd love to learn how to use a bow like an Elf!

I think I would like to be an female elf warrior. Arching is cool, and short blades even cooler... add that with some fury and speed and you got the ultimate fighter

With an Elven name, I would be an Elf, Not a warrior Elf though, a sneaky one maybe, raiding the kitchens of Rivendell would be cool, but alas I am a spook and can do that no longer.

Yes, being an elf would be the best, but the hobbits are so peaceful and so cute. Dear old Bilbo...
Hmm, I wonder if anyone would want to be an ent... Would anyone like to be an ent? |

I think I'd be a wizard of air and lightning. I'd travel as much as possible and have a familiar gyr falcon named Darallious. My name would be Wistil and I'd be a master of the whip. I'd have a dapled horse named Rivenli and I'd prefer the mountains over meadows.

I'd most dearly love to be a Hobbit, though with my dependancy on machinary I'd likely still be of the race of Men. *sigh*
But if I could choose, I'd certainly be a Hobbit! (Eh, Sam, can I borrow from your garden? Mine would look horrid; I killed beans, beans for crying out loud!) I'd be a bit of a sedentary Hobbit-maid, though. Most assuredly into the reading of books. And I wouldn't have a pony; I'd ride around on a great dain! D'you think they'd be nice to a half-blind Hobbit? I know many Men aren't, at least the young ones at any rate...

hey, forming an femal elf-warrior group is a great idea !
As i said before i“d love to be an elven ranger. To roam middle-earth would be such fun and i like arching and elven language. Enedhil, i think there are at least some very creative hobbits, i would like that, too.. reading and writing poetry and so on the whole day, but i couldn“t be like that for long. I have so many ideas of people i want to be...a fire-wizard would be cool, too.

I'd like to be a Hobbit but I wouldn't want to just stick around the Shire. I'd travel around and fall under "the queer sort" catigory.

Well as you can see by my name, I like Hobbits very much, and I think that I would love to be one in ME. Though I think I would just like to be a simple Hobbit, stick to my own buisness, tend to my garden, and not get caught up in all this adventuring buisness thats going round.

It's a toss-up between hobbit and elf. I love the hobbits because let's face it...they can throw a party! Plus I'm shaped more like a hobbit than an elf. But I would love to be able to shoot a bow and swing a sword like an elf-warrior. Guess I need to join Galadriel's Guard. Will you accept a short elf (or maybe a tall hobbit...)?

I would love to be an elf. Living forever and being able to gather wisdom and much more. I would live a quiet and peaceful life. Being born in Middle-Earth, perhaps in Lothlorien, living there for a long time and then leave for the west.. Once reaching there I would try to become as wise as possible, listening to the valar. Of course I want to know how to handle sword, bow and arrows, but that is not my greatest wish. Living a peaceful life, reading, writing and gathering wisedom would be the best for me..

Oh yeah.. If I was in a bad mood today I would have said that I'd be either a nazgūl, orc soldier, or evil human that slaughtered elfs and good humans.. but thats just my split personality ^_^

I'd be a Hobbit, no question about it. In a perfect world one like Sam (ie, loyal and humble and devoted and all that good stuff, with a lot of hobbit-sense, but I still get to go on an adventure), but being a Baggins comes in at a really really close second. Definitely not your average Hobbit, me.

Hmmm. I would be an elven scout. Not a warrior, a scout who can defend herself through weapon or secrecy and knows her own limitations. Free to wander hither and thither as my heart desires, under the command of no one. I would not fight in wars, but gain as much knowledge as I could from whenever I may travel. A bit independent of the rest of the elves. Ahhh, that would be the life.
