And...in the most surreal news of the day, Harvey Weinstein, one-time CEO of Miramax Films (before getting outed as a serial rapist), threatened to replace Peter Jackson as director of Lord of the Rings with....
....get this.... ....Quentin Tarentino. Bzuh? https://www.theguardian.com/film/201...d-of-the-rings Weinstein wanted Tarentino to jam everything into one 2 hour film. Again...bzuh?
