A Christmas card given a Tolkien twist
I came across a Christmas card I decided to send to a fellow fan. It had a polar bear on the ice, wearing a red and white hat, saying 'One of my favourite things about this time of year is the cute little elves...' Inside the polar bear explained that 'They taste like chicken!'
When writing, I decided to add the following: It was not a good time and place for this polar bear, on the Grinding Ice, and overheard by a group of large, warlike, very cold, very hungry and very angry Fingolfin-led elves! What do people think? |

My school is sending Christmas cards to a boy trying to break the world record for most holiday cards received, and I wrote "Merry Christmas from Thorin & Co."
