The Return of the King (Video Game)
Has anyone else seen anything on the new Return of the King video game coming out soon? I read an article today and thought that I had died and gone to Mandos . Really though, you can play as Gandalf and Sam and Frodo as well as Aragorn, Legolas, and Gimli too. That's just crazy! Plus there will be up to four hidden characters to play as with hidden scenes just for those characters. I even thought I caught a slight implication that one of those characters may be Eowyn, so you could kill the Nazgul on the Pelennor Fields.
I also saw some frames from other Tolkien video and computer games coming out in the future. One of them was "The War of the Ring"... I forget the name of the other one. But for all gaming B-Ders, heaven has just come a bit closer to earth!

Good day, Scott!
Why don't you look around and see? Here, I've got some sites for you (perhaps you already visited them but they may be of use ) www.amazon.com www.allmusic.com You could maybe find what you're looking for there. I can't wait for all those games, especially the ROTK one. We have TTT game and that one rocks, so I especially cannot wait until the follow-up. I really want to defeat Shelob (that is one thing I have heard about it).
Yesterday theonering.net had a small 1 minute 46 second clip from the ROTK game. It was mostly made up of movie footage, except for a small part where you get to see Gandalf in battle and kicking butt

Crazy as it sounds, but I've actually never played any of the LOTR games.
Are they any good?

You haven't lived yet...
It's like going to live in the books whenever you want to. And even if you nevr get that caught up in video games, just imagine what it's like to roam the shire or use the power of the one ring (like in The Fellowship of the Ring game) or slay orc after orc in Helm's Deep as Gimli or Legolas (in The Two Towers game).

Ah! I can't wait until RotK comes out for PS2. I already have TT and FotR and have beat both. Do you think EA Games will make a FotR because they skipped it?

If you buy one LOTR video game, buy the EA TTT game, it is the best of all of them.
If you want to know TTT game covers basically the entire film version of FOTR. I also heard that in the EA ROTK game that is coming out there will be nine charaters that you can play, and there also will be times when two people can play together at the same time! (That was one thing I did not like about TTT game was that you could only play one at a time)
