This is a little offtopic but I will answer:
question 1 = Just get another avatar with an animation or change your current avatar with a GIF-editing program.
question 2 = look here

Yeah, to make an animated image for your avatar, you need to have the proper programs and etc. Its not that difficult, and if you want to make your own animated avatar, IM me on AIM (my screen name is sassycorinne) and I will guide you through it. [img]smilies/smile.gif[/img]

That's a great site for smilies, Aramacil! I use either that one that you provided a link to or this site.
