Reactions to TTT writing contest
I just finished reading all the winning entries and the honorable mentions. I find them to be very good. Of course, way better than I could have done.
My personal favorite is the one with Sam and Elbereth coming to him. Even though nothing like that was written out in the book, I like to think that all good persons and entities would give support to the ring-bearer and his loyal companion. Thank you Dawn Rinken. I understand the need for brevity, but I would have liked to read more than just 500 words. I hope that the winners will post extended versions in fan fiction.
