Makar has just left Hobbiton.
What's Vinyar Tengwar?

I was looking at the Translations from the Elvish outline and it referred to Vinyar Tengwar articles by JRRT, which I have never heard of. I went to the link provided and found the subscription information. But if these issues are new, how do you get the articles by Tolkien and can you get them any other way than subscribing to this thing?

Although all of the Tolkien-penned articles included in VT are good (except maybe the Rivers and Beacon-hills of Gondor ), probably the most necessary item is Osanwe-kenta.
