How did you like the way Fangorn Forest looked?

Personally, I loved the way Fangorn Forest was shown. It was just the way I had imagined it .

It was not exactly as I pictured it but was very good none the less. It felt very old wich was good.

I thought it was kind of "BIGGER" than I had pictured it.<P>When Legolas, Aragorn and Gimli were standing at the entrance I was like "...they are tiny.." but maybe its just me..

It was better than I imagined, older, sort of ancient and almost scary. All the moss and the denseness was stifling, and made the forest seem all of it's own, a place where creatures on two legs might not venture. The low slow groaning sounds were the BEST! The sounds of the forest made it seem "magic", and Middle Earthy. It was very green yet dark, but not the evil dark like I imagine Mirkwood, just more ancient. I wash there was more forest time. I hope to see more of Fangorn in the extended edition.

Yeah, thats what I kind of thought, it looked good, but we did not get to see much of it. The only part I had a problem with is when Gimli, Aragorn, and Legolas are standing at the edge of it, and they kind of did a bad job with the special effects, because the blending of the field and the forest looks kind of fake.

The canopy is flat and dense when inside, but on the wide shots it is open (and evergreen??)
