Just a question.

If Sauron gets the ring and takes back his physical form will his finger be back?

Probably, as he would be taking on a whole new body, just as he had done before after the drowning of Numenor.

Morgoth's foot never healed. Such injuries to an evil being tied to their embodiment were permanent, no matter what form they took on.

Morgoth was never killed after his combat with Fingolfin. Sauron died after his fight with Elendil and Gil-Galad.
