I think Elbereth, Nessa and Arwen are gorgeous names for girls, and maybe Theoden for a boy (?) but to plan WAY ahead, I might stick with them as middle names, since my kids'll chose my nursing home and I want it to be a nice one!! [img]smilies/smile.gif[/img] [img]smilies/wink.gif[/img] [img]smilies/rolleyes.gif[/img]

Nessa is nice- I have a friend called Nissa. The more obscure names would be kinder- if you called a kid Aragorn or Arwen, nice as they are, they would always be recognised as being book characters. It could sour the characters when people read the book if the people were evil, and could make people look at the people differently if they didnt like the book characters.
