Hmmmm yes I seem to remember when alot of people came here, and then boom they now tote a good 400-600 posts!!! Lets take enep as an example.. here he has just about double my amount (if not more) and I have been here for more than double what he has.. A few months ago I made maybe 2 posts a week, sometimes none at all... I have taken a vacation from posting for awhile, and now I am finished with that. Lookout ezboard here I come!! Let's calculate - this must be my 790th post. I joined Barrows 23th or 24th september 2000, which was exactly 5 months ago. So we have average 158 posts per month = 39,5 per week and 5,64 per day (approximately). Not so bad, but not furious either

Hmmmmmm. I joined the EZ boards last April and began posting here in June or July, 2000. This is my 648th post here, I think, most made in Books. So I average just under 3 posts a day. H-I, I think you underestimate the extent of your obsessive-compulsive behavior..... I mean your dedication. <img src=wink.gif ALT="">

Yes, Ron is right. I dont think we want to end up like some sites out there. (trust me it isnt pretty, whole topics degrading to a post containing one emoticon <img src=smile.gif ALT=""> simply there to outdo the last <img src=wink.gif ALT=""> and so on <img src=pimp.gif ALT=":hat"> ) On my quest last night looking at other other boards I must say that the Downs is extremely good, we hardly ever stray off topic <img src=rolleyes.gif ALT=":rolleyes"> and when we do it usually contains at least some subtle point before sarcastic banter. The quality of our discussions here is very good, something alot of other boards dont have. Thank you for listening to my mindless banter, now back to ME <img src=smile.gif ALT="">
