*Bump* I like this topic.
Lyra Greenleaf was a Feared Ranger of Ithilien! I love Ithilien! Yay! OK, IRL I was a Treachorous Ringwraith. I think I'll stick with Lyra, thanks. Without my middle name I was a world famous Brandybuck. Can't be too many of them, so maybe I was Merry... Ooh- my IRL Elvish name was Helkasiweien [ May 11, 2003: Message edited by: Lyra Greenleaf ]

VanimaEdhel was a Virtuous Sackville-Baggins.
My real name was an Unwanted Variag. My real name with middle name was a Miruvor-drinking Uruk-Hai. Maybe I'll stick with the Sackville-Baggins. My full name Elvish name is cool though, it's Firwath(iel/ien/wen/etc). Fîr is "mortal (noun)" and Gwath means "shadow" (the "g" would probably be silent). My full name without middle name would be Esgaltil. "Esgal" means "veil, screen, cover (that hides)" and I couldn't find "til", but I found "till", which means "sharp point". VanimaEdhel yields Ascagollo (sounds Italian to me), for which I could not find any definitions for the roots. I'd be Lobelia Sackville under my real full name with middle name and all. That's...erm...interesting. EDIT: Embarrassingly enough, I had no clue what a Variag was, so I looked it up. In the Tolkien Monster Encyclopedia it says: Variag The Variags are a people from Khand that allied with Sauron in the war of the ring. They have attacked Gondor several times but defeat has always been the outcome. I don't know whether that's accurate, but it was all I had to go on (I found the site through searching for "Variag" on google.com) [ May 11, 2003: Message edited by: VanimaEdhel ]

Varda was a Loathsome Ringwraith.
My real name was a Dancing Gamgee. My real name with my middle name - Confused Breelander. I think I like the 2nd one best. Although something about being a Loathsome Ringwraith is rather appealing.

Wow, who would've guessed? The Book of Westmarch pegged me as a World Famous Istari. (Timothy Scott Johnson).
And on a slightly humorous sidenote - Osama Bin Laden came up as a scholarly cave troll. Weird, huh?

I went through the 5 possibilities for my name (I have 2 middle names) and came up with the following results:
Salix was a Daring Dwarf. Real name was an Annoying Took. Real name plus both middle names was a Virtuous Harfoot. Real name plus first middle name was a Nassssty Stoor. Real name plus other middle name was an Unwanted Goblin. I also went for the uncapitalized and space-after-name versions, but I won't bore you with them. My favorite is the Daring Dwarf, followed by the Virtuous Harfoot, and then Annoying Took.

Sophia the Thunder Mistress was a Lonley Meara Sophia was an Annoying Healer My Real Name yeilded Valiant Avari (not bad), and with middle added it was Happy Gamgee. My most common RL nickname however, came out to be a Drunken Rohirrim. For those who may be interested, it turns out that Orlando Bloom was a Scholarly Longbeard :P. And Elijah Wood was a Miruvor-Drinking Elven Maiden... hmmm... Great fun- Sophia

Ok, mine then: Annunfuiniel was a Happy Teleri. Aawww, that's nice... My real name was Illiterate Healer (coming close to yours, Sophia! ) In these modern times that's quite a scary thought though... My real name with my middle name was...*drumroll please*...Confused Balrog! Mixed-up fiery creature; there's a new mental image for you!
