As Gwaihir loves to remind us, in our earlier days I handed out Personal Titles with less discretion. But that was because very few people had Personal Titles and I thought it might be nice to spice the place up a bit. This doesn't mean that those people weren't deserving of such a distinction. They certainly were. But if they had been in today's environment they would have all waited until their 500th post, too.
