If you were stuck on an island with a Tolkien character.....
.....who would you choose and why.
I'll choose Tar-Miriel, so she can rule an island at last, and I'll be her loyal, royal subject.

I'm not allowed to say Ulmo/Cirdan to get off as soon as possible, am I? Tempting as it is to join you on New Numenor (would that be something like Orortanė, She-that-is-Risen?), I'd have to say Finrod. He has all the best stories, and no problems sharing them with mortals (see the Athrabeth). He's also one of the elves known to actually like mortals generally (whereas Orodreth, for example, can only really be said to like Turin). hS |

Yeah, we will gather all the others too. Maeglin, Hurin, Turin, Nienor, Lalaith, Aredhel, Frodo, Eowyn, Faramir, Maedhros and Feanor. It'll be our safe haven, a chance to start anew, and we'll destroy anyone who tries to ruin our Utopia.
Finrod is okay too. (P.S: Oh, and if you want to be that guy, being stuck on an island with one person doesn't preclude us from inviting others. After all, one can't rule a kingdom with only one subject)

Gladriel. I would teach her the value of being with an exciting, passionate human, instead of stodgy, old Celeborn.
You know what they say: once you go Edain, all is bliss and red wine.
