Faramir was the only hobbit,
he was the only one whose father was a part of the Fellowship

The second one is sort of close, but not quite on the right track (although I actually like that answer better than what I came up with )

Ar Pharazon is the only one who never went to Valinor? Or the only King of Numenor?
Sauron the only one who ever met Morgoth? Sauron the only one to create a magic ring? Feanor the only one to create the Silmarils, or the only one who vowed revenge? Ar Pharazon the only one who wasn't immortal? Feanor the only one who died violently?

Feanor was the only one to die in combat?
Feanor did evil things like the others, but was not an evil character?

You guys have really good answers, I didn't realize how many answers there was to it! Daniel, you last one was probably the closest, but not it. I'm gonna have to give a hint, it's pretty hard.
What did they all do, don't think too hard on this. It's got something to do with the Valar.

Feanor is the only one to not be rejected by the Valar?
Ar Pharazon is the only one who didn't create something really powerful? They all led a group of people while defying the orders of the Valar and Feanor was the only one that the Valar sent someone to stop?

All but Feanor were seduced to rebel against the Valar and commit evil acts.
Ar-Pharazon seduced by Sauron Sauron seduced by Morgoth Saruman seduced by Sauron

That's a good answer too, but unfortunately, my answer was not as good and that's not it. I should have thought of one of those answers instead of my stupid one. But I must tell you now so you all can get on with the quizzing without me. Gotta be going, I'll miss you all!
All but Saruman started a rebellion against the Valar. Feanor rebelled against the Valar Sauron and Ar Pharazon rebelled against the Valar. I guess you could say the rebelled against the Valar because of Morgoth. Morgoth stole the Silmarills, therefore Feanor went after him. Sauron convinced Ar Pharazon that Morgoth was truly the Savior and that he should go to the Undying Lands. Bad mistake man, seriously. Saruman didn't rebel against the Valar but he did make an army and he did go against their will, but he didn't start an uprising. Sorry for the confusion, can't wait to come back!

Ah, but technically, Saruman did rebel against the Valar. For one he joined with Sauron, who was the main opponent of the Valar. But more importantly, he was sent by the Valar to counter Sauron. He is called a traitor because of course he betrayed his fellow Istari, and the Valar who sent them by joining Sauron. Then when he betrayed Sauron, he took his treachery even further by plotting to take over the world including Sauron. I think the seduced one was a good idea.

The orcs have no one mentioned by name in the First Age?
Or are you thinking of Hurin, or Turin, considering your name?

Sorry it's been so long, I had forgotten this thread. I believe the answer was dwarf - because Turin, the "famous Man of the First Age" in the hint, killed many men and orcs, Glaurung the dragon, and (accidentally) Beleg the elf - but is not recorded as killing any dwarfs. I think.
Daniel Telcontar mentioned Turin, so he can ask one.

Either that or Elrond was the only one to stay an elf, or go over the sea
How about Elrond was the only one to have a ring of power?
