Was it one of the Dunedain shields? No Aragorn's black chain mail? No Hint: When asked whether it is an object, I replied "Yes(ish)". It is not an object in the sense traditionallly regarded in this game. Now, does that help or simply serve further to confuse?

"Yes(ish)" for the object tipped me off that it might be something more "indefinite", for lack of a better word.
