Sorry for putting us back to schedule. Gmail decided that BD notifications were junkmail, so I had no idea it was my turn before Oddie poked me on Friday. It was a really busy day for me, so I told her I'd draw the picture the next day, and lo! I forgot, of course. Now it's very late Sunday night and I remembered it again, but I have an exam tomorrow and I still have to study for it, so I can't really start drawing now. However, I will definitely do it tomorrow because I'm seeing Agan and Greenie and maybe one more friend for a homemade drawing/painting class so I can definitely use part of my time for doing the PT pic and they can make sure I do it...

Stricter deadlines is difficult to enforce, especially during long games. I mean if you are number 8 on the list, it doesn't take many delays for the PT to ring at a time when you are not expecting it (and maybe not on the Downs much)

Anyways, if a system could be put in place, then I am all for stricter deadline. However I do think that the easiest solution will be less participants in each game...

Legate had to get all bureaucratic on the party, and slapped this warning label onto the dangerous image:

Rune made the discovery that beef is great at removing labels. Also, most of the paint. Just look at this:




It was the first thing that Hookbill had ever seen that wasn't confusing as all get out. He immediately dedicated eigteen weeks worth of The Downer to this poem:

A dangerous cloud containing three outdated madmen was moving slowly towards the mystical gateway between worlds that would lead it to the Barrow Downs! Mysterious figures stand atop the hill, awaiting the arrival of these three colossal collectivists, but will the electric eel that guards the gate get the better of them?

Greenie was hired to illustrate three of the editions. She did the other fifteen for free. Most of the illustrations greatly resembled this:




Gil-Galad was upset at the cliffhanger ending, and wrote a nasty letter to Argentina:

The Three hunters gazed in awe at the mystical Eel, whereas the Evil Umbrella servants could only sulk in the corner.

Blind Guardian went about her morning routine. She stole a neat looking package from Gil's mailbox, which contained a lot of glitter and this picture:

Sally couldn't stand it anymore and screamed:

In PJ's new Hobbit film, budget cuts lead to such money-saving measures as clipping Smaug's wings, borrowing props from the Resident Evil franchise, and inviting Fischer-Price to sponsor the film by providing weapons. The cast, much like the fans, are displeased with these changes.

Lommy exploded in suprise! The powder burns on the wall looked like this:




TGEW was convinced of foul play. In her report to the police, this quote was taken out of context, and later became the basis for yet another creation myth:

Bard makes that crucial aim at a water-bound Smaug.

MCR sneakily sabotaged TGEW's report, adding a few embellishments of her own:




It was food for thought. Aganzir bit it. After they wrestled it out of her mouth, her teethmarks spelled out:

Bard the Bowman needs no clothes.

Rikae did what she could with what was left, but had to piece together some missing areas with some nearby Dark Matter:

G55 was afraid of the dark! She left all the lights in the house on, running from room to room screaming:

Bard the Bowman realises the full horror of his situation as he comprehends that Shasta and Kath, forming the Dark Wight Alliance, stole all his clothes, leaving him only his quiver.

Next door, Nogrod couldn't sleep with all the racket. He started throwing anything he could get his hands on at G55's brightly lit house. The splatter on the wall looked like:




Eonwe was enthralled. It soon became apparent that he was insane. As he was carted off, he proclaimed:

It soon became apparent to Faramir that tales of the Mewlips were greatly exaggerated.

Legate suddenly felt the need to catch them all. Catching only some was just not an option. He drew this idea for a better poketrap:




Rune fell into one of the prototype traps. He escaped easily, despite losing both his legs. He wanted to get this tattooed on himself to commemorate the event:

The absurd and nightmarish encounter left Faramir bewildered and slightly irate.

Hookbill fooled everyone. He wasn't a tattoo artist after all! He took Rune's money and purchased this:

Greenie hunted him down in cold blood. On his tombstone she wrote:

Dracula's grandmother returns from the dead to take vengeance on Sean Bean.

Gil dug up the body that night. But instead of a body, he found this:




Blind Guardian came up with a scientific theory to explain the anomaly, and called it:

Death jumps out of a weird-shaped crevice to extract vengeance on a creepy guy.

Sally refuted her claim, claiming that that sort of thing happened all the time. It happened to her fifth cousin all the time. Then she drew this on her van and drove off into the sunset:




Lommy loved it! She had to have it! So she stole it. But she did change the licence plate to read:

Hookbill Half-Cat came to regret the day he slew the primordial Nazgûl-sprouting spruce.

TGEW objected on the grounds of poor hygiene. So she threw dirt at it until it looked like this:




And over the end credits, MCR could be heard reading the epilogue:

Eowyn, who is now apparently a cat with a man's head, reflects on killing the Nazgul-spruce tree

I got proper annoyed with both drawing and text, well actually I liked the drawing, but why all that text?

Rikae, your pic is just fabulous! Greenie's is rather... mystical. I would really like to hang it in my room, but I wouldn't have expected it in PT (but then again, it was stemming from the sentence...). Nog's pic is actually pretty neat, because I think the people are really well recognizable!

Ah, but I didn't know you were after me until I looked. I seldom check who is after me before I draw/write. With the text, I think that sort of text is pretty well open to interpretation, so why not just that...
