I know but I didn't remember exactly what kind of plant it is. I also forgot about some paintings & stuff you have on the walls.
I'd like to sign up for the next round as well. And I promise to mod one some day, I just don't have time right now.

Yes, it was quite funny and I did not quite get it. Moreover, he became Rune later Quote:

I really enjoyed everybody's pictures (and sentences!), but as nobody did that yet, I would like to point out also Naz's picture. That one I find really hilarious (and there it was where my brother and me were laughing together for a ridiculous amount of time). As for modding, I must say I quite liked that, but I would prefer now to draw again for a change. So, whoever wants to do it next...

How on earth did you guess that? That surely was a riddle hard enough...
And yes, I can see why you found all that so fun already in the middle of the game now...

Well I don't know about anyone else, but that was well worth the year-or-so's wait.

I thought that Aganzir's sentense was by far the best. . .I thought it was perfect! It described what was on the drawing, but still left it open to interpretation.
I also loved how Nogrod transformed himself into me. . . There where so many great pictures, I was truly amazed. . .Especially Lommy's fish blew me away. |

Maybe the fact that I usually concentrate much more on the pictures than the sentences has something to do with my preferences though. By the way, the next mod might want to give a bit stricter orders as to when the pics & sentences must be submitted. I mean this time it got rather out of hand at times.

Even though I will probably regret this, I'm going to give modding another shot. Unless someone else wants it?
The players who have made their wishes to participate obvious... -Thinlómien - Aganzir - Legate - A Little Orange- I mean, Green. - Nogrod - Oddthen - Beregond Anyone else?

I should have gotten on here sooner.
Well, well. That was a truly MAGNIFICENT round. Count me in for the next one please!
I was very amused at how Nessie turned into a catfish. That was great. I think that we all did a great job, but I was particularly impressed by The Ka's, Agan's, Lommy, and A Little Green's. You have no idea how much that fish amused me Lommy! The smile it had! I am a slow drawer, and it probably took me about four hours before I finally finished that piece. By then it was about 5:30 AM, but one can never be late for a call! Thank you for all your wonderful comments about it! It made me feel better about my, uh, lacking sentence. |

We've nearly got enough for another game!
Since I enjoyed drawing, I think we'll try for a picture first round. See how that turns out. - Some idiot with a beak = draw - Thinlómien = write - Aganzir = draw - Legate = Write - A Little Green = draw - Nogrod = write - Oddthen = draw - Beregond = write - Laurinquë = draw - Four men to kill = write - Brinniel = draw - ?????? = write - Thinlómien = Draw - Aganzir = write - Legate = Draw - A Little Green = write - Nogrod = draw - Oddthen = write - Beregond = draw - Laurinquë = write - Four men to kill = draw - Brinniel = write - ?????? = draw Three more people would be nice.

I've been watching this thread for the past month or so, and it's got me interested. It seems a bit daunting with so many great artists on the Downs, not to mention I'm a perfectionist who takes hours longer than necessary to finish a piece of artwork. But if you want me, I would be willing to give it a try.

Umm... did you see that piece of Microsoft Paint-ed stop-gap I whipped up? There's a few hack jobs kicked around too.
Personally, my life is busy enough with things that I didn't find the last game to be all that bad for pacing, complaints though there were, so I'm not see that taking too long is SUCH a bad thing... and yes, we want you to try.

Okay, that's all the players we'll need for a good round. I'll send the first pic to Lommy as soon as its done.

Ignore the facts, it's just good for you. I promise. Sorry for not getting back to this thread in such a long time, I've been stuck in a pattern of working at night and sleeping all day, or generally going nocturnal for the winter. Thanks for the compliments of course. One of my absolute favourites is Lommy's, "insert cheering crowd here". Made my juice go up my nose!

Gookbill, can we have an update of the list to see how far we are?

Gosh, that was supposed to be Russian variant of his name. It never occured to me... Nevertheless, who knows what we may call him if he does not update the list soon!

It really is amazing how the call always comes to you when you are busiest. I will have to wait until Wednesday to send it on as I am hopelessly wound up with writing a speech. I hope I am not murdered...for the third time....

No problem! I'm excited to do this! Will I be a writer or a drawer? Or has that not been established yet?
I'm asking a lot of questions. ** never mind, just found the answer, seems I will have the opportunity to do both **

I'm going to be a bit busy this week, but I can draw my picture. I hope it's ok with you Hooky if I show my picture to Agan once I've drawn it and we can send you the picture and the sentence at the same time? Because we will be in the same place, devoid of a net access, until weekend...
