I may be able to pull off this bluff though it's coming close each day.

So why not try flushing out who is supporting who? It would be nice to have a day where the voting is spread and there are more than just two candidates for the chop. Incidentally, aren't unreasoned votes subject to being discounted?

--BELLADONNA ++ WILLIAM Two can play the double bluff game. Or triple. Or quadruple. But honestly, William isn't any fun since Bert and Tom left. He's sitting alone on a rock crying. If he keeps it up, he's going to wear channels in his face.

On the other hand, this sudden vote for William is pretty interesting.
Anybody else want to try and get rid of the other troll to see how Saucepan Man reacts?

Belladonna voted off now is a tactical error, people. While she's still around, and under threat, it's possible to set off all sorts of stalking horses and get them voted off by those seeking to protect her.
Current state of play: Gwahir 4 Bella 4 William 1 Warg 1 Bombur 1 Now, I'd rather not vote for Gwahir unless I have to. I find Bombur rather tiresome but I did say to Kuru I wouldn't vote against dwarves and I shall honour that promise while I still can. And it's my opinion that there are too many baddies heading for the final. I think we should whittle them down to one or two, so I'd be happy to go for either William or Warg, although they're looking like wasted votes at the moment. Personally, I think Smaug has a lot of secret fans and will win this. Anyone who supports another candidate should think quite carefully now.

Well, I'd much rather vote against a baddie myself. However, the Eagle Lord does have to go at some point. Today seems to be the day he's getting the votes. Tell you what, tomorrow I'll do my best to vote off a villainous villain of your choice. I completely agree with you about Smaug, by the way.

Some people think it's boring?
Well, the fact that half the voting population has been stuck in a Belladonna Goes trend might have something to do with that... Tell you what: let us kill off Belladonna, and things will get more interesting as the Anti-Belladonna Alliance collapses. Who knows, I "might" even vote on the same side as Kuruharan, SPM, or Anguirel... Oh, and Celuien, I think we're going to need your Belladonna vote again... ++ Belladonna Took

The MEAD (Middle-Earth Air Division) needs you, Downers! If you ever watched an eagle soar or even a sparrow speed, for their sakes vote for the manipulative egg-thief Belladonna Took.

Don't talk about ruffled feathers, Morm. It's a sore point right now and you'll make Ang even crosser than he already is.
Look, Ang, most of us didn't want the noble Windlord off so soon. Don't blame us, blame the hobbit/women haters who painted us into a corner.

Personally, I would call Gwaihir one of my preferable candidates left, as of now, since he is neither a person favourite (such as Elrond) who would normally attract my rather ironic attention during a game, nor is he a loathsome beast... like William or the Warg. However, if he dies, he dies.... Unlike "certain" people (I won't name names... except for Lalaith's ), I'm more than willing to see my favourites go by the wayside and rot.

Hmm. No one is taking up the William challenge, Belladonna is behind two votes, and Gwaihir is in danger. So back to my original vote:

Wow interesting day. It seems like we have two candidates, one of which will have to leave of coures...hmmm, who to chose.
++Gwaihir Because... 1) Friend of Gandalf. Even if Gandalf is off the island we can't have any of his friends hanging around either. Gandalf is like the mob boss, he's got connections everywhere, and we got to weed out those connections. Which includes Gwaihir. 2) What's this crap about Eagles not being able to carry Frodo (or anyone) to Mount Doom. I mean they all claim that they get tired, and they can't carry people farther then a certain point, but Gwaihir only says in The Field of Cormallen Quote:
3) With the Super Bowl approaching I still need to figure out what I want to eat and Spawn's picture of Gwaihir is quite appetizing. I've never had Eagle before.

Oui, I show up in the most crucial points so my hidden agenda is never discovered. (Well also because a lack of time). Believe me or not, I don't want Belladonna to win, you already know one of my intentions which is to weed out all of Gandalf's deep web of connections. Though I could hold off on Gwaihir and get rid of Belladonna since it will be no consequence to me, if thou shalt give me a good reason as to why it would be wise for me to do so. Bottomline is Belladonna will probably be gone in a few days, so she makes a weak opponent and one that can easily be cast off in the next few days so why get rid of her now?
