In the last few mins my avatar has changed a few times as I keep finding good pics on my wanderings.
It should be Orlando at the moment (I hope) cause he's just sooo cute!!! But before it was Arwen, just because it was a nice picture.

Well I guess I need to explain why I choose this one. OK, this picture is on the side of my copy of LOTR, and I always thought it was kind of mysterious. It was also on the teaser poster for FOTR. On the bottom of the picture it says "one ring to rule them all". It also looks very good when you are on the site.

Galadriel is my Elven idol, I wrote a fanfic about my being her daughter (half elf, half human) and all this other uber werid stuff, needless to say, it was an interesting story.

Anyway.... I wanna be like Galadriel and am well on my way to being like her, yay! Just a wee bit hyper, thats ok though.

My avatar is my favourite picture of Galadriel in the Barrow-Downs Fan Art section. I've had it the entire time I've been on the 'Downs (except the first week or so) because I'm too lazy to find anything better (plus I really like it [img]smilies/smile.gif[/img] ).

Dear Pallando, Very Good topic I believe alot of people choose an Avatar that fits their personality. There are some really great personalities I would like to get to know [img]smilies/smile.gif[/img] They are very intersting to look at and Beautiful. Now I shall tell you why I chose mine. In the Silmarillion,in The Valaquenta or the Account of the Valar and the Maiar it says "in the form of a human Yavanna is tall and robed in green, annd she loves all things green and growing." and there are trees in my avatar, and also in my avatar there are 2 hobbits. I feel that Yavanna would like to speak to Merry and Pippin and thank them for appreciating Fangorn and the the other kelvarand for not being afraid of them, for because of them a part of her song has been sung.
