Bah! Fea stole my original idea. Alright then, I'll take Harry Potter, books and films unless anyone is desperate to have one or the other. Oh, and just to let Shasta know ... I'll be pro Harry/Hermione.

Is starting on Tuesday alright for everyone? I'm afraid the deadline will be 1:00 pm EST, 5:00 GMT I believe (my tutoring time is going to change to better fit people's schedules...well, except mine, hehe). Sorry to all the people in the States who will be at work and such.

1:00 PM EST is 2:00 PM CST, right? I can manage that, but don't expect me to be around very near the deadline on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Yes, plenty more room! *nudges people* Edit: McCaber, Brinniel, and Sally - I'd love to have some kind of silly role for you before things start up. Thank ye! Last edited by Durelin; 09-07-2008 at 01:13 PM. |

Nice to see you Mac! Just to keep up our tradition I should change myselfe into a Civ II fan with Marxist cultural-anthropologist background... But maybe I can be that even if I'm the Spore fan going to create a perfect solidarity of beings...

I'll be the RPG geek, because every con needs one. You know, that annoying guy always talking about AC and d4's and the pros/cons of elves vs. dwarves. We function best in groups, but I can do fine on my own.

Ooh, 1am here. Works.
(Gurthang did 2am vigils in ye olden days, so 1am wouldn't be that bad, would it?)

I will be a fan of reality TV.
As for the deadline, it doesn't really matter for me as my schedule changes from day to day. Just be aware I might have to vote early on some days due to classes.

The roles will be sent out within the next hour or so unless something drastic happens.
So last call! Everyone will receive a PM telling them their role. |

Oh dang. Oh man I suck. Oh lord.
Those of you who got a PM already...yeah...sorry...ignore. If you didn't open the PM already, please simply delete it! Thank you... I need to re-do the roles. I will send out roles to just those with a special role soon before Night 1 starts. Last edited by Durelin; 09-08-2008 at 10:12 PM. |

Of course the world may end tomorrow if this Big Bang simulation goes pear-shaped - I assume you will take full responsibility Durelin?

So roles will be received then, or have they been sent officially already?

*laughs muchly*
*eyes zanpakutou* Well, if the world does end tomorrow, I say you blame Nilp... Mod stuff: No, the official roles have not gone out yet. They probably will soon, though, before I decide to re-do them several more times. Also, I decided to add a Ranger. |

By the way, I am joining in - I didn't look on the Downs so I wasn't sure it had started yet! Very rude of me!
So the day/night change is 5pm GMT? Incidentally, if you were thinking you were safe from the LHC, they're not actually smashing any atoms until later in the month, so there's still time, meh. Better make sure you wear clean underwear 24/7 .....not that it's dangerous, like....

Oh, man.
I planned to show up a few hours before the deadline, but due to a death in the somewhat distant part of the family I got home at 1am (the deadline). So, really sorry.

I, too, must apologise for the non-vote. I have an excuse, though it's rather a strange one– my cat brought in a small baby possum (live) about half-an-hour before DL.

Yeah that was it, I'm not majorly annoyed, just somewhat surprised! Going back to the land of the silent dead now, I promise.

*pats poor Kath*
I'm apologizing again - I have not had as much time as I would like to put into this game so the narrations are rarely going to happen when they should. Of course that's all just silly-ness anyway. Just don't want anyone to feel left out if it looks like they'll never get a darned narration thingy... |

Sorry.
Our last choir-performance ended about 45 minutes before the deadline on the other side of the town and I had no chances to both get home and to read any posts to vote...

This is such a horrible DL for me... I only JUST got back to a computer, and it's ten and a half hours after DL... I have a feeling that if I vote at all in the near future, it's going to have to be very early (if I'm not already being modfired!)
Many apologies.

I just received an email, going in to too much detail about Shasta's activities for today.
I guess he has been sick and keeping the toilet company all day.

Aww, poor Shasta! Hope he gets better soon. Definitely the worst way to be sick in my opinion.
Agh, he was having that problem over 10 days ago...really hope he's alright. Wow, this game has been going on for a while... I guess I gave up on narrations.....sorry. School keeps me very busy, especially when I'm studying two dead languages and am actually keeping up with the reading for my other classes. I assure you you aren't missing much amusement, though I do feel bad that all these people are dying and not getting their last words... |

Dury - thanks for the game.... and remember the divine right of moderators. You have merely gone minimalist. We all know you can write so don't worry. In some ways it is refreshing not have to wait an hour to know what is happening. Good luck guys.
