Soory if my post hurt anybody( mostly Isowen -Soory again )
And when I put up that post I did'nt refer to everybody as childish ,but I foud that(and I have read the thread) most of you semmed to be afraid of finishing the book.

rustlegolas, well done to you! It seems that one is noble enough to aplologize, simply to keep the peace. You indeed remind me of master Gamgee. I too am sorry for my harsh words in the last post i sent. I can be slightly picky, so to put it, at times.
and at the risk of sounding even more annpying, you spelled seemed wrong.
sorry again, so lets get back to the point of this thread

Speaking of the point of this thread...

Since I have now finished it, does this thread have point anymore?

Maybe we should broaden this to afraid to read the Histories or Sil. (Which I'm not, but maybe some others are.)

Hmm... I'm reading HoME I right now and I love it. The only complaint I have is that the constant digressions and notes and explanations, however interesting they are, tend to take me right out of the story.

I've yet to read one all the way through, though I've read parts of 1, 5, 9, 10, and 12. I was planning on reading Silmarilion first.
