Ah yes, the Calaquendi are the elves of Aman, aren't they?
Was he of the Green Elves or the Nandor then?

Interessant . . .
Was it created?

#3 Was it created?
Somewhat difficult to answer, certainly not as a yes or no answer. I'd say "it" isn't created as such, although it's particular existence in the "story" is related to some creation. (Ooh, that sounds oracular enough to be at Delphic)! And when the answer is revealed, rather mundane.

So it's not a law, nor a music, nor a tale (the written account, ich meine) . . .
Hmmm, did it exist during, say, the First Age?

Correct. #4 Hmmm, did it exist during, say, the First Age? No. Not during the First Age.

No. And a clarification: the "it" is rather pedestrian, and while insubstantial, is tangible. Sorry for possible confusion, but I'm trying to be accurate without giving too much away. (Hint, granted a tiny one) Hmm, not in the First or Second Age,so what Age could it be?

Is it, perhaps, a wind of some sort? Not a wind as such, but you're on the right track. You might say it can be wind assisted. ==================================== #9 The Deeps of time? No. Much more mundane.

No. Way off. It's tangible. Try to narrow it down (by area, time,
or person?).

Tuor's incredibly imaginative answer has rather killed the thread I'm afraid, but it's a fun game so lets start again!
I'm think of something (and it's not as creative as the last). Read my mind!
