Can we please do themes? The themes were really cool, and they provide a challange!
So I'll suggest another one, and start it with C (cause I don't feel like a total renegade). Hobbit names. No places or things, just people. C is for Camellia Sackville-Baggins mother of Otho Sackville-Baggins. [ October 15, 2002: Message edited by: Diamond18 ]

F is for Fredegar Bolger who helped Frodo, Sam, Merry and Pippin leave Crickhollow undetecded. Nearly killed by a Nazgul, but lived to be later imprisoned in the Lockholes. He was released by Frodo and Co. Was called Fatty up until that point.
(Since we're doing hobbit names E could also have stood for Elanor Gamgee...*ahem*)

G is for Gaffer
He, who, though he didn't know it, saved the whole saved the whole Ring-operation by saying that Mr. Frodo already had set to Crickhollow with his Sam, when a Nazgul rode up the Hill and questioned him.

V is for Valaquenta, a book about the Valar. It was part of Blibo Baggins' Translations from Elvish in the Red Book of Westmarch. (So it's the only hobbit related V word I could think of).
