Why I'm this late everytime...?
A truly happy birthday Rikae! I hope you don't count the years anymore. It's kind of one way to measure the adulthood when one gets baffled about her/ his years... just forgotting them... not intentionally downplaying them. Forgetting your years is anyhow a mark of getting older... Hope to see you forget them soon. And happy birthday to you Farael as well! You were one of the first people I got to know here in the 'Downs when I joined in. And it was a warm wellcome (you remember the Inn in the Shire?). It has been nice to know you and we have a few nice shared memories as well. Love you mate! Happy birthday - and do not be afraid to get older. That normally makes us better!

Yup, happy birthday Celuien! Remembered your birthday because my English teacher started to talk something about parades in Ireland. You must be quite a star!

Thanks for the birthday wishes!
It is fun to share the date with a holiday that has parades.

A very happy birthday to littlemanpoet!
(I got a sudden urge to say that in Old English or some other interesting language, but unfortunately, my language skills are very non-existent when it comes to old languages... *sigh* )

Happy 106th Birthday, Nerwen! If you still consider yourself a young lass at that age you'll make it well beyond eleventy-one. Have a good one!

Yay! Happy birthday, Nerwen! May I hope that in 106 you will become mature enough not to make fun of people by posting untrue things on the forum

It was, my child... not that I actually did anything, mind you, but if my old ears do not deceive me, my family are planning something for next week.
And while I'm here, an even more belated Happy Birthday to all the people whose birthdays I've missed this month. And to today's crop– Goldberry101, Bywaters, Fyara, lotrfreak90, Finduilas, Pointeiscool and of course the well-known Geek God, McCaber. Why, I turned 19 myself only 87 years ago!

Wow! Quite a lot of birthdays today apparently. Well, Cabbie, I hope you enjoy your birthday (considering that it's just barely started, at least in my time zone) to the fullest!
Oh, and Nerwen, happy belated birthday to you as well. Sorry, I thought I'd posted my regards earlier. Must have had an internet hiccup. Anyway, hope you enjoyed it.

Mithalwen, Eönwë, and Groin,
Thanks so very much! I am luxuriating in cake and roses so am a happy camper. Annunfuiniel - It is especially good to hear from you. I hadn't realized you were back bump[ing about the site. I can see from your profile that you finished your M.A. last year, so a mighty congratulations is in order!
