Should be Umbar yes...but maybe he was referring to Harad?

This one is tricky, but I shall take a stab at it: Assuming we mark South Gondor as part of the nation of Gondor, and assuming that Near Harad is not considered part of Gondor after the War of the Ring, then the southermost point would probably be the River Harnen.

That was clever! I thought of Anduin, since I didn`t knew if Southern Gondor belonged to the Kingdom of Gondor anymore. Harnen on the other side sounds more resonable.

These are very good guesses, but still not the answer I'm looking for...
I'm not looking for a river. Huge hint: Bay of Belfalas.

Also known as the "Place of Flowers".
It's the region at the centre of Tol-Eressëa, the lonely isle of the Elves of Aman.

It was the hill in the valley of Tumladen, within the Encircling Mountains, on which Gondolin was built.

Next to what river were the Caves of Rodothlim, as they were once called?

As the Caves of Rodothlim were the precursers of Nargothrond, then they would be situated next to the River Narog.

Ok, this game is about geography, right?
According to a map depicting the world in V.Y. 500, what are the names of the mountain chains that run to the Númen and the Róman of two great inland bodies of water, and additionally what are the names of the above bodies of water?

Take the distance from Hobbiton to Bree and add about 10 miles. Go that distance starting at the gravesite of Morwen's great-uncle to the west-south-west. What two rivers begin here?

Nirvana... way off.
Luthien... You might be thinking of the wrong great uncle... just for clarification (since this is, after all, a geography thread) I'll tell you you it's Barahir's grave site. Edit: Shoot! On the other hand you may have been folowing my bad directions. I said west, but meant east. Sorry for the confusion, I'll give it to you since those would be the rivers in the western direction. You're up!

The Rainy Stair, also known as Dimrost, was a cascading waterfall on the stream of Celebros, where it flowed down into the River Teiglin on the borders of Brethil.

Morgulduin is the name of the river that flows through Imlad Morgul.
