Here's one for the Orc pic:

It all started with a tiny little rash from his make-up, but then grew to be a full blow skin condition, which then caused all his hair to fall out. This resulted in a very grumpy John Rhys-Davies, and the other members of the Fellowship learned to steer clear of him and his axe.
