Just got this email from Casper Reiff, the head of the The Tolkien Ensemble.

Quote:
Dear friends of The Tolkien Ensemble,

The woldfamous actor, Christopher Lee, has finished his recordings on The Tolkien Ensemble\'s next album, At Dawn in Rivendell.

Christopher Lee recites about 20 poems from The Lord of the Rings by J. R. R. Tolkien set to music by Caspar Reiff and Peter Hall and: sings the character of Treebeard!

The CD will be released in October.

Christopher Lee is know for several leading roles in his about 250 movie and TV-productions. He has a role in the new Star Wars movie (to be released this spring) and plays Saruman in New Line Cinema\'s trilogy of The Lord of the Rings.

With the best wishes

Caspar Reiff, The Tolkien Ensemble

The CD of Christopher Lee and the Tolkien Ensemble was released October 18 in Copenhagen. Has anyone out there heard it?
I am considering ordering as I enjoyed both An Evening in Rivendell and A Night in Rivendell.

I will keep an eye on Borders as this is where I found both of them.
