This combo map is a really good one to see Beleriand and the rest of Middle Earth together.

Thank you for the wonderful map, but now I am more confused than ever. I am trying to read the Silmarillion and am not having an easy time. Especially with understanding the geography of ME. I thought, from reading the trilogy that the Grey Havens led out West to "The Sea"... But in the combined map, there are mountains West of The Grey Havens and then the rivers that flow out of them into Beleriand... I thought that was where the sea was. It's all colored blue which to me implies sea, but there are mountains there too. Can you help me understand? Thanks in advance.

That is where the sea is, Beleriand sank after the First Age.
