Sting Galadriel's Power with the Ring

How strong do you think Galadriel would be with the one ring? Her saying she would replace Sauron as a dark queen may have been a delusion of grandeur yet she may have been able to control Elrond Gandalf and the Nazgul with the ring and force them to give her their rings therefor alloting her more power.

she would be very strong, but i don't think she would ask or need the other rings to gain more power, for she would still be wise, and the power or the rings would work slowly, so that she probably wouldn't immedeatly ask or demand for the other rings, and by the time that she would, Elrond and Gandalf would probably have noticed the change in her use of power.

Ring

Tolkien said that Gandalf was the only one who had the ability to master the Ring in Letter #246, so I would guess that she was having delusions of grandeur.
