Valar and Maia Descendants
According to The Book of Lost Tales, Eonwe is the son of Manwe and Varda, Eownwe is Maia. If two Maia have a child would it also be considered Maia or something else?

I'm fairly certain that the children of the Valar is an abandoned concept from the very early days that BoLT covers.

Yes, the idea that the Maiar were children of the Valar was eventually abandonned by Tolkien. The only one of the Maia known to have had a child was Melian.
