The writing is in Feanorian characters without tehta (vowel signs) but does not look like the mode of Beleriand. The characters are:
ANGA/ ARDA/ HWESTA/ HWESTA/ FORMEN/ ANGA/ ANGA Which I presume approximate to: J/R/KH/KH/F/J/J But it could be in a mode/language I'm unfamiliar with
