Great posts everyone....but, Envinyatar, shouldn't this be Aldwulf? I didn't know the brothers were THAT mad at each other!

Hopefully, I'll get down to the computer room and work on this post during the day. If not, it will have to be later tonight. Please don't paste it up till I say it's ready..... ____________________________________________ Dain's post The shock of Hama's death, the utter senselessness of it, at first swept away all thoughts of battle from Frea's mind. Evinyatar: Good post, but could you edit it and post it here again? In Tinuviel's post, it is Brytta who stands over Hama's dying form, not Aldwulf. Actually, it would be more like Aldwulf to go after the Forgoils, anyway. Can you have him rally the troops, instead of Brytta?
Thanks, Himaran - P.S. I can edit it for you, but you are free to do it yourself. If you don't care, say so in the D.T and I will make the few adjustments. |

It appears that everyone ganged up on Dain while I was gone.
I was not planning on having there be a fight at all, Frea was merely going to have a retreat and Bryttas group, stunned, would merely watch them disappear. And the game would end. I am okay with Archim fighting Aldwulf, but seriously, they hacked each other to pieces. It would have been more like Archim to turn and run, as much from the wrath of his brother as anything else. But the only thing I have a real problem with is when the group started fighting with Graitwa and Frea. Evinyatar, can you PLEASE edit those posts to fit in with my original plan? Thanks, guys, Himaran |

Anyway, I just wanted to say that it has been a pleasure paricipating in this RPG (with such exellent players ) But also because Himaran and Carrun have made a wonderful story, and I'm really looking forward to read the last bit of it. Hope to see ya'll again in a RPG soon! ^~^Orofaniel

HI!
Wow, I thought this ended yesterday, so I was all sordid and feeling bad, because this great RPG was over. Now, however I discover that it isn't! YAY! Can you, Pio or Himaran, paste this in after [bold]Evinyatar's first post on September 14, 2003 08:00 PM? [/bold] I think it's the first post on the seventh page, the third post on that post. (I don't think that made sense.. erm...)Anyway, I think you'll find it... Just PM me or something if not.. __________________________________________________ ______________________ ‘Get up Brytta! We are under attack!’ Liol heard someone calling. She recongnised the voice, it was Adwulf's. Was he joking around? The little lady soon figured that Adwulf would never joke about a thing like this, and certainly not when he knew that the company had been in danger since they had set out from Rohan. ‘Draw your sword, Brytta, and rally the others!" Brytta didn't need to urge Liol to draw her sword, she had already done so, when Brytta came running towards her and Rochil. Liol discovered a man laying on the ground with a knife pierced in his chest. She turned away, not daring to look at the blood streaming out of his wound. ‘I’ll stay with him. He is almost gone.’ Adwulf said, in a low and caring voice. Liol admired that Aduwlf was willing to stay with a dying man who had followed them since they fled from Rohan, who had chased them and wanted to see his good friend, Heldor in prison. Her thoughts were interrupted by orders coming from Brytta. Liol took a firm grip around the hilt og her silver sword which was glimmering in the twilight. She looked at Rochil before they ran together forwards to meet the attacker coming straight towards them, with his deadly weapon. *nova* |

Sorry - I will be gone for the rest of the week.
There is no need to rally the troops now. I asked Pio to remove all my battle posts. Use Aldwulf as needed. Nice playing with you all. - E - [ September 17, 2003: Message edited by: Envinyatar ]

Himaran, is this OK? If so, please post.
Dain's post Fréa watched in shock as Archim's knife hurtled through the air and found its fatal target. Too stunned to respond, he stood frozen to the spot, legs rivetted and eyes unblinking, unable to move forward or to bring his weapon down on Brytta's head. Fréa stared at the tiny rivulets of blood that were seeping out of Hama's wound and pooling idly on the ground nearby. Normally, for such a fool mistake, he would have turned upon his brother in a rage and let him know exactly how he felt. But something inside stayed Fréa's mouth. And words did not seem to fit right now. He motioned to his brothers to retreat and pull back towards the horses at the edge of camp. When he glimpsed Archim stumbling about in the dark, seemingly not knowing where to go, Fréa went over to his brother and steadied him with an arm about his shoulder, and then gave him a lift up onto his mount. There was dead silence as the three brothers turned and hastily rode off. If they were pursued by Brytta's men, Fréa did not see it. All about was silence, as the trio urged their horses forward and disappeared into the night. |

Well, all saves are filled in or delited, and my final post is up. Therefore, this fine RPG is declared over.
Many thanks to all of you who played in the game. It was great fun to lead you. Pio, you can lock this game and move it to Elvenhome at your leisure. Adios, Himaran |

Erm... Why am I so confused?
Well I am. Why are all Evinyatar's post deleted? Are we going to use my last post? Hmm... I have missed something, haven't I? --------------------------- Quote:
Anyway, it was nice playing with you all. Hope to see you soon again! Thanks! *nova* |

Hi, Nova.
I think you and Orofaniel are already working on what I was going to suggest so you won't need my pm. Regarding your question about your last post...Himaran, I've been reading along through this game and enjoyed it. I think the post was omitted because Himaran preferred not to have a battle at the end. He wanted the focus to be on Hama's death. This is why Envinyatar also erased his post.
