Grond, another name for the Hammer of the Underworld! I predict this category will take a while to burn out!

So, to prevent this category going on for another 10 pages, I'm going to have to get tough and exclude any name which is a principle name or a translation of a principal name (given that neither really counts as a nickname or an alias). Which means that Grond is out, as it was, after all the weapon's name. Sorry Perky. Actually, the same goes for Elder King and Last King of the Second Line, which are both titles rather than nicknames or aliases, but let's carry on with 'G' anyway. Please folks, think whether your answer really is a nickname or an alias before posting. And if it's not, think of something else or don't post.

Darn, you beat me to it, Perky.
Yes, Green Elves falls squarely within the category. Hmm ... Scattergold, as in Saradoc "Scattergold" Brandybuck.

And therein lies the problem since, although Dwimordene is a nickname of sorts, meaning "haunted valley" it is the name commonly used in Rohan for the place. Which would let in a multitude of other words and thus promulgate the problem of the prolonged game.
Hmm, on consideration I think Dwimordene should stand. But no more titles, principal names or translations of principal names ...
