Here's something I do, and I wondered if it's stalking behaviour: I have a look at Who's Online and if I see someone is replying to a thread I've been interested in, or someone who often puts interesting or funny stuff on the forum is penning a reply, then I hang around until they've posted. Is that stalking? I know it keeps me on here rather later than is good for me.

A few years back I used to stalk you H-I, for the same reasons you stalk davem and Child of the Seventh Age . That's how I got to playing quotable quotes

For the past week I've been shamelessly stalking all involved with the werewolf game. Even if they're ghosted. If they are, I just follow the trail of posts.
I also occasionally follow The B-W just for the fun of it.

I stalk people whose names are dropped as often as rabid ferrits (to coin the phrase). If somebody is quoted all the time, I follow them around to see what they're going to do next. Just for the fun of it.
And yeah... Heren, I trailed you here, if you were wondering.

I also trail the people that I randomly quote. If you can find something that you said buried in one of my posts, chances are you've been followed around by me more than once.
I follow burrahobbit. Especially after his suggestion on how to get rid of some RP characters I'd gotten heartily sick of.

Yes, I know I have grown silent, but I have been poking around quite a bit, as I miss being a frequent poster...summer is coming. Well, just thought I should warn you all. |

I don't exactly stalk, but I do get all giggly inside when certain downers have posted in connection with something I've done. I suppose the main one would be you, Heren. You were the first one to 'talk' to me directly. That made me feel like I now really belong here

There are subtler ways of admitting to being a stalker...
I was checking "Who's Online" for the nth time sometime last week when I saw lots of guests all checking out...the CbC thread for The House of Tom Bombadil!
What could explain this strange phenomenon? Could old Tom be starting an uproar? |

I don't stalk anyone consistently, unless you could say that I stalk myself? If I'm offline for a while, I'll type "Boro" in the search engine and see if there's any talk about me, or if I'm bored I will troll through my old posts...but you can't really stalk yourself.
Generally new members who spark my curiosity get stalked for a few weeks...and it should be pretty apparent if you're one of them. And the rest of the time, my stalkees are people who happen to be on my mind. Recently, I forget what caused it, but I thought of Azaelia, so I looked to see if she had been on recently, but she had not and I went through some old threads she had posted in. One was a very memorable WW game, where the last 4 were me, Azaelia, Form, and Alcarillo. Alcarillo was the last wolf, who killed me at night, and convinced Form to vote Azaelia...that was a fun game. I also think it was Form's first...hehe. As well as Agan and Inzil. Agan because I know she stalks me and I will be there the day she finally admits it, either that hope to catch her in the act at one point. Inzil, because he always seems to be in the thick of the good Book discussions.

I'm flattered! I'd like to see more of you in The Books, Boro. You tend to come up with some nice insights.
