Boromir: Still bugs me. I just don't find his behaviour to be natural. I would be at all surprised if he were a wolf.
Greenie: I tend to agree with a lot of things she says...but I still can't decide whether she's innocent or guilty. Gwathagor: Falling way under my radar. Which rings my alarm bells. Lommy: I still think Aganzir's death makes her look more innocentish than not. Nerwen: A few of her comments are rather odd and a bit suspicious. But other than that she looks fine. Rune: The way he seemed to buddy up to morm earlier toDay was rather fishy. the phantom: Already talked plenty about him. I wouldn't at all be surprised if he turned out to be a wolf. Though I doubt more and more that he's a wolf with Boromir. Ilya: Ooh, there's another one who is sliding under my radar.. Shasta: Hmm...that Ka vote came out of nowhere. Not so innocent as I thought perhaps? Sally: Seems like her typical self. Nothing stands out as suspicious about her. Gil-Galad: Still MIA. Kath: I'm still getting innocentish vibes from her and I don't see any reason to suspect her. morm: As I mentioned to Boro earlier, I do actually find him rather creepy. Noggie: He's someone I need to take a closer look at toMorrow. Why do I feel like he's being inconsistent and all over the place? I don't know...his behaviour just seems odd. Ka: She's already dead, but I'll share my opinion on the matter anyway. She's been so quiet and submarine-ish, it's something I find quite unsettling. Though honestly I don't think I would've chosen to lynch her toDay as there are others who I suspect more and it would've been nice to give her another Day to defend herself...though I suppose there wasn't much guarantee that she'd even show up to do that... So... Suspicious Boromir Rune the phantom morm Noggie No Clue Nerwen Greenie Gwath Ilya Shasta Innocentish Lommy Sally Gil Kath Already Dead Ka There, I contributed. A little late, but oh well.

For anybody who feels left out, I apologize. I should probably have mentioned it before the game started, but I believe at this point it's common knowledge that if you play in one of my games, you should expect the occasional bit of modly intervention and reference to the good old days?
It's a bit like taking an advanced course rather than an intro level- you should already be acquainted with the basics before you sign up. Bit late for that warning now, though...

Seems like I missed all the action. Sorry I couldn't get together a post tonight, y'all. I think the kill tonight is going to tell us much more about what happened today than most of the analysis we -or, well I- could pull out of the Day itself, anyway. I'd lay even money that all the vocal participants are still going be around at dawn. Very interested to see what comes of The Ka as well. I'm pessimistic about bagging a wolf on that one, but hopefully I'm wrong.

No the actual chain was above with the above question being my first that triggered you saying no reason morm just thought phantom more innocent. Then I asked if we wouldn't have been better off with you voting who you though guilty because I was unaware that tummy had tied with The Ka to which you responded fairly testily

I was willing to move on from the abrasive back-and-forth attacks, as you expressed frustration and said you were going to stop.
But every chance you've had to get in a shot below the belt you've taken, if you want to continue this grand show, step into the ring and you better bring your gloves.

All right.
You two are not allowed to talk to each other tomorrow. No quoting each other. No anything. Bad boys! EDIT: I forgot Downs time was so far behind. It turned out I had a chance to post again after all. Good night, everyone.

The last two were not prods. You took the third one wrong...the second was me talking to Lommy about how she was being influenced...you are influential after all.

Oi! Play nice, children!
See, that's why I wanted one of them dead instead of phantom. We'd still get arguing and nonsense, but this is taking it a bit too far. Almost like it was staged to be a nasty 'argument'. EDIT in advance: probably x'd with the moddess EDIT #2: Guess not. Cool.

Dead Serious
|
As the guest-mod of Milady Fea, I have been invited to present Michael d'Edmontonis's argument from his Summa Contra Lupa (The Summation Against the Wolves). The text is, as follows:
Objection I Pseudo-Underhill proves that men have a life beyond the Downs, and that the intrinsic Internet principles inhere in Men, not in the Internet. Objection II The Administrator declares that any thread not locked can be posted on by a member not banned. But as Shasta is not banned, thus he could post, and so he is not dead. On the contrary, Fea says that Shasta is an ordo. Ordos are wolf-meat. Therefore, having been eaten, Shasta is dead. I answer that, To be dead, Shasta must needs be no more what he was as a living ordo. That is, he must be no more a free agent on the Internet, that acts according to the intrinsic principles of the Internet, and that these acts are the summation of his existence. Therefore, since Shasta no longer can act according to those intrinsic principles, e.g. post upon the thread, vote for candidates, or be voted for; it follows that Shasta is no longer any more within the thread, which is what we mean when we say "Shasta is dead." Reply Obj. I. Not every principle is a first principle. Therefore, though it is the nature of an Internet action to be caused or moved by an exterior action, beyond the Internet, it is not intrinsic to the nature of the Internet action that it be a first principle. Reply Obj. II. New actions in users are sustained by the continuing action of the Administrators. Thus, Shasta can only act insofar as his action is sustained by the approbation of the Administrators. Since the Game Moderator acts in persona Administratorum within the confines of the game, her actions are those of the Administrators, and no action by Shasta is possible since it would contravene her will and not be sustained in the record of the thread.

Shasta, huh? Well done, lad. You killed a WW with your vote and bought the Seer another dream with your death.
Guess I'd better go back and look over his posts and determine possible reasons for doing him in. EDIT: x-post

I still have no guarantee that you're on my side. You could be a WW playing brilliantly. But naturally, if you are a WW then I know you have already been busted by the Seer and it's only a matter of time before you're dead. And so.... I do indeed find it quite logical to agree to work with you. If you're guilty then you'll be dead soon enough. If you are innocent then I think you can do quite a bit of good. If you can manage to keep from fighting with people, that is. Remember Boro- no fighting with morm today! (Unless you absolutely must.)

Night 1 a phantom dream came to be
an innocent was revealed to me. Night 2 at Agan I did glean she was a person completely clean. Night 3 hmm lets see morm, I thought, and the first wolf was caught. Night 4 after Nogrod pulled a Legate I saw a creature full of hate. My poetic attempt, surely not as pleasant or beautiful as our wonderful modgodess, Fea.

Interesting, Boro who's been playing seer the whole game is now claiming to be the seer. Clever ploy my friend, let's see if it works.

I only left a clue to Agan and morm...and for you I just played absolutely sure to your innocence that there was no way I was the seer.

I was right about you dreaming me on Night 1.
I was right about you dreaming Agan on Night 2. But yesterday I was thinking your Night 3 dream had been Nog, and that's why I tried to place him as innocent and call him innocent, and even stated that I really wanted to give him my Rep vote. In other words I was trying to look as if I had had your dream. I was convinced that he had been your dream after you voted him your Rep power. I didn't like his 180, but since I thought you had dreamed him Ordo I tried to spin it as making him innocent looking. But it turns out morm was your dream. Ah well.

And more Watchmen references, Boro. You need more of those.
That actually brings up a game mechanics thing I've been wondering about. tp's been talking about the seer fingering people and busting them and stuff. How does the lucky bugger with the dreams reveal to us the wolves that are hiding, usually? I mean, besides through poetry (your rhymes were good, I thought). Ka, huh? Well, one of the submarines had to be lupine. I almost wish it had been Gil, though. That's gutsy playing: just don't post. And Shasta, too. Darn it, that means I need to go back and reread again. Edit: Double lynching? Don't just ask phantom, man. If you're in the spirit to share, tell all of us.

Okay.
Firstly– R.I.P. Shasta! And nice work from our reps... As I said, I probably wouldn't have voted for Ka if it had been up to me. So you're the Seer, Boro? I thought it was the phantom. EDIT: X'd since Boro at #1233. EDIT: fixed previous edit.

If the Ka hadn't turned out to be a wolf, I probably wouldn't have dreamt of Nogrod, I would have gone for Rune.
Nerwen, I thought you knew it was me with your comment about me signing Agan's death warrant "I'm going to have to start suspecting you." Thus, when I didn't end up dead I felt confident in your innocence...I still do by the way, but you could be a nasty sneaky wolf right now.

Great work also with the Agan trail. I assumed you were simply using your Rep vote to flag innocents. And if you repeated your Rep vote (for someone you'd already gone for) that would mean you had dreamt a WW. I was right on Day 1 and 2 I guess.
