I saw a spoof kind of thing by French and Saunders about LotR. It was funny in parts but it wasn't a laugh a second! Anyone else see that? It was shown in England though.

I've seen the Lord of the Bling thing too. Actually I've seen it twice. I thought it was pretty funny, though I'm also kinda twisted.

I'm one of those weird people that loves parodies of everything she loves as well as the real thing...

If I ever got famous, I'd look forward to parodies of me...they'd be so great...

And: no, I didn't see it. And I want to read "Fraud of the Rings". There was this thing posted somewhere about "LotR in 60 seconds" it's like:

Gandalf: Frodo! Bilbo's gone to stay with the Elves! Here's a magic ring. The dark Lord's looking for it.
Frodo: What do we do?
Gandalf: don't give it to his minions!
Frodo: Okay! We'll hide it!
Orc voice: *knocks on door* Orcs for Mordor! Do you happen to have a magical ring on you?
Frodo: *sound of door opening* N-no magic rings here!
Orc: But...but...
*Door slams*
Frodo: Whew!

Something like that anyway...
