Sting Lord of the Rings: War of the Ring

Has anyone hear do this new game from Liquid Entertainment? Gamespot features a new, full, review of it here, with Screenshots. It seems to have been in development for a while so far (though, I hadn't even heard of it until today).

Basically, you can go through two campaigns, controlling the "good forces" and the "bad forces." The Campaigns are non-linear (which bothers me a bit, but I'll keep an open mind).

From the screenshots, it appears to look a lot like Warcraft 3 instead of what I would considerate more appropriate, Age of Empires. (In fact, for half a second I thought it was simply an extensive W3 mod).

And you'll notice that in one of the recently released screenshots, there appears to be a Balrog (with wings, by the way). I doubt extensive research went into building the story line. (Although, with all fairness, controlling a mass of Balrogs seems terribly awesome).
