Sting Aragorn and Galadriel

I was just pondering this.... in the movie FOTR, during the farewell to Lorien, Galadriel say that "we shall not meet again, elessar". Im just curious as to why they would add the rest of the quote, which says otherwise in the book. "For darkness will flow between us, and it may be that we shall not meet again, unless it be far hence upon a road that has no returning." Obviously, that is the meeting of Celeborn, galadriel, and elrond at Gondor for the wedding of Elessar and Arwen. (also, their road to the havens, hence the "no returning") I just wonder why they would not include that quote, because that suggest to me that they are not going to use that in the ROTK movie. If he and Arwen marry, how are they going to explain galadriel and celeborn being present? this is not a topic for great discussion, and will probably be closed down, but I was just curious as to what other people think.
