Indeed, I totally forgot this.
Why do Tolkien fans actually celebrate Christmas instead of this much more important event?
I say we have little mallorns in our living rooms decorated with little chocolate figures of important characters.
And maybe some Palantir-like decorations.

No, no, no. That's not what this thread is about! It's just a nice mention about The Fellowship setting out, while wishing everyone on the Downs a Merry Christmas!
