I'm in...I love LMP but his game scares me. I'm a mountaintop guru. I only communicate with the village in OBEs.

Player update:
Anguriel the Baritone Bird Catcher (?) Mithalwen the Elven Saggar Maker's Bottom Knocker Saucepan Man the Orcish Scarecrow Mormegil the Elven Idleman (?) Valier (?) Nogrod the Dwarven Personal Fitness Instructor (?) Kath (?) Cailín Roa_Aoife the Batwoman (?) Nilpaurion Felagund the Elven S-ranked Ninja Glirdan the Entish Tree Herder Lote22 the Elven Igloo Maker Lalaith the Halfling Chubb Fuddler JennyHallu the Mountaintop Guru Okay, so at the moment we have: 14 players 6 questionable (though I think Kath and Mith are pretty much definite? If so, 4 questionable) 4 Elves 2 Humans 1 Dwarf 1 Hobbit 1 Ent 1 Orc 4 of you need to decide on a race. Please, don't choose Elves, since they outnumber everyone else already. There's room for one more player (though I'm willing to let it go over 15 max slightly) Of course, if anyone drops out that will of course open up another place. I think we have enough for me to use some more gifteds than seer and hunter, but I'll give it some thought over the next week as to who I'll add.

Hey I'm in I guess. I'll be......a dwarf, specifically a Blacklock from the east, that plays the (looks in dictionary for spelling) Didgeridoo.
Didgeridoo Dwarf SPM is playing? O gawd...I would much rather be partner werebirds than have to oppose him as an ordo. By the way, can you give me an estemated duration game time? The thing is, this is the last school quarter, so projects and finals galore, but I can work around them alright. However, I am leaving for my summer job probably the first of June, so not only will I be unable to post for this game, but being miles out in the country for five weeks (excluding some weekends) I will be taking a vaction from Death to go make some money. (that way my Barrow will look splendid, and not out done by certain princes of Cardolan, like the neighborhood christmas light contest) Oh, and if it needs to be bird-related, I'll be a part time chicken herder/farmer who raises chickens in his retirement. I'm planning on starting the game April 23rd, so it should be long over by June 1st. I would think it will only take 2 weeks to play through at the most.

The roster is now full
I've got 18 people signed up (either definite or question marked) and I don't want to go any higher.
Sleepy, you can play even if no one drops out, (though I don't know if you meant you only wanted to be in a smaller game). Anguriel the Baritone Bird Catcher (?) Mithalwen the Elven Saggar Maker's Bottom Knocker Saucepan Man the Orcish Scarecrow Mormegil the Elven Idleman (?) Valier (?) Nogrod the Dwarven Personal Fitness Instructor Kath the Rainbow Catcher (?) Cailín Roa_Aoife the Batwoman (?) Nilpaurion Felagund the Elven Pigeon-Summoning Ninja Glirdan the Entish Tree Herder Lote22 the Elven Igloo Maker Lalaith the Halfling Chubb Fuddler JennyHallu the Halfling Mountaintop Guru Elu Ancalime the Didgeridoo Dwarf (?) Sleepy Ranger dancing spawn of ungoliant littlemanpoet I still need race/occupation from some and confirmation for others. Anyone who doesn't give me a race will be a human. The game will start at 10 PM CST DST on the 22nd of April with a Night Phase and the first Day Phase will begin 10 PM CST DST on the 23rd of April. Further gifteds still to be determined.

For those (*coughSAUCEcough*) worried about the purpose and necessity of two WW games...this seems to be the way to go when the playing pool is thinnish and large games are in the works. Use the two threads so there can be continuous recruitment, and minimal to no downtime between games. That way those who (crazily, and like me) wish to play game after game can, and no mod is forced to wait slowly with no interest in his/her game while his/her own morale and motivation decline.

While we're on the topic of the games, I think it'd be a good idea to have a list of mods for the junior (I don't know why everyone is calling it senior. Not just the most experienced players play there so it's not senior now is it??).
Lmp's game will be excluded because his game might put the Junior games on hold because there will be a giant amount of people playing. Junior Diamond18 Lommy and (I believe) Norgrod Samwise Glirdan If you would like to sign up for modding a game afterwards, please do one of the following (I'll end up saving the lists in a folder on my computer): a) copy and paste the list above and put your name at the bottom. b) PM me to let me know so I can update the list. Thank you for your cooperation in this. If someone has the list for the original game thread, please, be my guest and post it. I will also go and post the list in the original gaming thread once Farael's game is over.

You curious chanters of the wood,
That warble forth Dame Nature's lays, Thinking your voices understood By your weak accents; what's your praise When Philomel her voice shall raise? What I mean is...please can we have the Nightingale (Ranger)? A fiendishly difficult and rewarding role which also means the Wereducks have to kill with more tactical thought than usual. Fun for everyone...

Compare this time above to what time/date my post says for you. This should help you figure out the exact time difference between us. Since it's 9:59 AM, that means right now is actually 12 hours prior to what my deadline will be. (I suppose it'd be helpful I waited to make this post till then, but c'mon. That's 12 hours from now.) Okay, so right now this is the deal with my game: WWJ VIII ~ Things That Go "Quack" In The Night 3 Wereducks 1 Owl (Seer) The Owl will get to "see" on the first night. 1 Hawk (Hunter) 1 Nightingale (Ranger) The Hawk and Nightingale know each other and can PM each other during the Day but not the Night. If the game results in the Hawk and 1 Duck being alive at the end, they kill each other and game is a tie. 1 Goose (Cobbler) The Goose is a Duck Wannabe. I have not yet decided whether the Goose should know who the Ducks are and vice versa. Or perhaps the Goose should know who the Ducks are and the Ducks don't know. Or maybe the Ducks know the Goose but the Goose doesn't know the Ducks. Any suggestions? Anguriel the Baritone Bird Catcher (?) Mithalwen the Elven Saggar Maker's Bottom Knocker Saucepan Man the Orcish Scarecrow Mormegil the Elven Idleman Valier the Dwarven Millet Spray Picker (?) Nogrod the Dwarven Personal Fitness Instructor Kath the Rainbow Catcher Cailín the Bird-portraitist Roa_Aoife the Batwoman Nilpaurion Felagund the Elven Pigeon-Summoning Ninja Glirdan the Entish Tree Herder Lote22 the Elven Igloo Maker Lalaith the Halfling Chubb Fuddler JennyHallu the Halfling Mountaintop Guru Elu Ancalime the Didgeridoo Dwarf Sleepy Ranger the Exiled Jedi Master dancing spawn of ungoliant (?) littlemanpoet 18 players 3 questionable 4 Elves 5 Humans 3 Dwarves 2 Hobbits 1 Ent 1 Orc Mithalwen can I take the question mark away from your name?

Those of us on BST will either have to vote early or stay up til 4am....
So the owl/seer gets just the one dream? I think it would be quite amusing if the ducks knew the goose but not vice-versa.

Oh, and there will be no double lynchings. Don't know about retractables yet. I liked them before but now I'm kind of enjoying the stability in Farael's game. Quote:

Ack! I just worked it out and the deadline is 6am my time!
So this means I'd have to vote insanely early and be missing from the game for a good amount of time. I'd be active from 3 pm till 10:30 pm my time and then leave my vote at around 5:45 am my time, which is when I wake up on school-days. When I'm off I'll be able to stay up late and'll probably vote around 3 am my time. There, thats my schedule for this game. If a majority of people believe it'd be an annoyance I guess I'll drop out... EDIT: I like retraceable votes but I agree with you, I am enjoying the stability in Farael's game. I'd say no to retraceable votes because it'd keep people from throwing away their vote. Also, I don't think the goose or duck should know either... think of the insanity...

Only one Owl dream? That rather balances the game in the Ducks' favour doesn't it? Or do you mean that the Owl gets a dream on the first night, before the game starts in earnest, and then every night thereafter until caught? Quote:
