Oh my dear! It would be so wonderful if you could. Finally, we can be in a game together! Usually, I'm always in some way left on the outside gate of the village saying, "Oh Zaut! Pas terrible!", or other such words that I cannot utter here within the hearing of more innocent ears than mine own... This 'Call of the Wilde' (Sorry, I mean 'Wild'... ) playing sounds interesting, but with the retractable votes, eh I am not sure how this spaggetti in the end is going to stick to the ceiling. Even though it is wonderful at being flexible to anyone's wishes, retractable votes might muddle up the plans of the COTW playing. Or we might end up with a horrible mess in the end. Alas though, I cannot see into the future, let's hope to Oscar this works out in a beautifully unexpected, somewhat organized... way. ~ Aesthete

Wow, lots of new players have signed in while I've been gone. I think this'll be an interesting game.
I'll be a sculpturer, who is specialised in sculpting nightmare-like birds.

I shall be a scientist who specializes in analyzing small pebbles and other silly things.
Glad to be on board... it's been a while since I've played. This should be a fun game! |

I hate to be a spoilsport, but I've seen another serious flaw in the Call of the Wild(e).
If the wolves choose a Gifted, and the Gifted is unaffected, they'll know that s/he is Gifted. That just makes the all too tricky Seer/Ranger/Hunter roles harder still. And a lost kill one night is not a massive disadvantage to the wolves, as it cheats villagers of evidence. I really think this wild card is bound to be too wolf-weighted. If you want flexibility, Sleepy, and don't like the Cursed Villager, I recommend a Mythomaniac.

^ Very very very good point.
|| A Mythomaniac or perhaps a cobbler would still give a lot of flexibility, and be a fun twist to the game... ||

It was supposed to be used in the game I was modding earlier but I have no clue if it was. Heres a run-down on the role, at night the seers PM each other and discuss strategy and pick a single name each night. So they'll just be given one name at night. Rules -Non-Retraceable Votes -Double Lynchings are allowed -When making a vote please keep it in a line seperate from the rest of the post and have it in bold with two pluses (++). (Even you, dear) -Please stay invisible for your duration of the game. -Refrain from discussing the game outside the playing area. -It may be cliched but, 'Enjoy yourself!'

This game is full and you can't sign in for the next game before this one is over. Try again then.
I'm not sure when I'll be able to get online next Day. I won't be there at the start of they, probably.

As Thin'lo said, sorry, this started already, but don't misunderstand her message: you are most warmly welcome to the next one!!! So: "trying again" means basically, being alert at the right time. Follow the game. You learn things by following it, and also know, when it ends and when you can sign in for the next one...

Note to everyone waiting for me to post my death: Well as I said, I'm promising you a great experience. Each of you will have an introduction written for you, then I shall write your arrival to the city where... certain things happen and then the game begins. So bear with me, theres quite a lot I have to write.

How could I forget?!? ARGH! ARGH! ARGH!
Everyone this is important, please try and keep your posts restricted to how much of the story I've revealed. I know its kinda breaking tradition but think of it as a smooth flowing story. Like at the moment you don't know that your foes are werewolves, all you know is there are traitors in your group and theres a madman on the loose. Put stuff together from the parts of the story I give you. Once this is over I plan to make a short story out of it, with everyones approval of course.

Eomer, you may want to know that I am modding the next game here and it will be small and basic - ie Seer only gifted , more or less on the original BW rules.

I'd love to play in that game, Mith. Thanks for telling me.
I would have liked to play in Nilp's game too (which might run at the same time) but seeing how I played in the current Werewolf game I think I should not take a place there. Mith, are you thinking 12 players? EDIT: Sorry, it's probably bad form to speak about the next game just now.

I'm giving a heads up for the next Day of play (March 2nd) I will probably not be very active because its my birthday! But yeah. I'll make an honest effort to snag a computer during voting/deducing-time.

But they, or the confusion about their status, sure "helped" at the first day madness. There was something to do! And maybe there will remain some tracks for later days... Happily we didn't kill anyone on the basis of those bad-leads. Anyhow. The death of a wolf was taken from Sleepy's hint in the end!!!
